Q: What time is my ship in Key West?

Margaritaville At Sea Paradise is in Key West on Sunday, October 31, 2027, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. If the cruise line changes those hours, we’ll move your tour to a time that fits or refund it in full, except on bookings marked All Sales Final.

Q: What time should my tour end?

Margaritaville At Sea Paradise sails from Key West at 6:00 pm. Pick a tour that ends by 4:00 pm: that gives you at least an hour before all-aboard, and Guaranteed Return to Ship has you covered. Each tour page shows how long the tour lasts.

Q: Where will my ship dock in Key West?

Margaritaville At Sea Paradise usually docks at Pier B, a 5 to 10 minute walk from Duval Street. Most of our tours start a short walk from the pier, and your booking confirmation shows exactly where to meet.

Q: Can I book tours for my other ports?

Yes. Your cruise also stops in Cozumel. Each day of your cruise has its own tab on this page. Tours for your other ports are on our parent site, Cool Destinations.

Q: What does Guaranteed Return to Ship mean?

Book a tour that ends at least an hour before all-aboard. If a delay on that tour ever makes you miss your ship, Cool Key West pays to get you to the ship’s next port of call, including a hotel if you need one.

Q: How much time should I leave before all-aboard?

Pick a tour that ends at least an hour before all-aboard (all-aboard is usually 30 to 60 minutes before your ship sails). Your cruise page shows the hours your ship is in Key West, and each tour page shows how long the tour lasts. Booking two tours on the same day? Leave at least an hour between them. Book this way and our Guaranteed Return to Ship has you covered.

Q: What if my ship arrives late or its hours in port change?

Change your tour yourself under Bookings in your account, or call us any time. We’ll move you to a time that fits your new hours, and if none does, you get a full refund, except on bookings marked All Sales Final.
