Are gratuities (tip) included in the price?
No. On most Cool Key West tours and activities with guides, mates, captains, and assistance, tips are not included. Our general recommendation is 18-20% when you enjoy a quality service experience.

Are there any age restrictions to rent a boat?
Boat operators must be at least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license.
Can I book an activity and leave it open dated?
The majority of travel services provided by Cool Key West must have a pre-booked date designated in order for the activity to cater for passengers. Exceptions to this are attraction passes, hop on/hop off buses and trolley tours.
Can I book this activity when I get there?
Cool Key West activities can only be booked online. It is recommended you pre-book your travel service to avoid disappointment as many of our tours and products are popular and can be sold out early. Therefore, visitors are encouraged to pre-book to ensure a satisfying, worry-free vacation.
Do I need to pay a security deposit for a boat rental?
Yes, Credit card required for $1,000 security deposit.
Do you provide a shuttle to the Key West 22′ Angler Panga Boat Rental?

Does everyone have to take the FL Boater's Safety Course?
In Florida, anyone born on or after January 1, 1988, who operates a vessel powered by ten horsepower or more must pass an approved boater safety course and have in his/her possession photographic identification and a boater safety identification card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. A person is exempt from this requirement if there is a person on board who is not affected by this law or is at least 18 years of age and holds a boater education I.D. card. This person must be attendant to and take responsibility for the safe operation of the vessel and for any violation that occurs during the operation of the vessel on your Key West 22′ Angler Panga Boat Rental.
The Florida Boating course consists of 6 lessons and a Final Exam. Each lesson has a 10-question quiz at the end. The Final exam is 75 questions, and you must pass with a score of 80% or better.
You can take the FL boater’s safety license test online to save time. See http://www.boatus.org/onlinecourse/Florida.asp, where you can complete the test for free. Bring your license to the Key West 22′ Angler Panga Boat Rental and you will save time on the day.

What is the weather cancellation policy?
