As a fitness professional and Key West Personal Trainer, Liz believes in lifestyle balance. She takes pride in motivating others to achieve their goals. Liz Love's Key West Personal Trainer programs are based on functional strength, core stability, flexibility, and cardiovascular exercise.
Her ten years of experience combined with participating in community and national racing events keep her actively involved in the fitness world. Her credentials include AFAA certified Personal Trainer, certified Group Fitness instructor in spin and TRX certified as well as a MSM in Management.
Personal training programs are offered based on an individual's needs and goals. Whether looking to get off the couch and get motivated or training for an Iron Man and in search of strength training, sessions are as unique as you are.
Liz's background in triathlon and distance running training have taught her the importance of functional fitness, which is incorporated into every program regardless of fitness level. Sessions are available by the half or full hour. Liz is available to train at Stay Fit Studio or in the privacy of your home.
